We are a registered supplier with the Croydon Real Nappy Network voucher scheme.

If you live in the London Borough of Croydon and you are expecting a baby or have one or more children in nappies, you could be entitled to claim a voucher towards the cost of your purchase of real nappies up to the value of £30.

How to redeem your voucher

Please follow the steps below in order to redeem your voucher:

1. Choose what you want to order from our website in the normal way and add it to the shopping cart.
   
   
2. When you proceed to the checkout choose the payment method labelled: Council Voucher Redemption.
   
   
3. In the comments box please put the following:
   
   “Croydon Real Nappy Network Voucher”
   Your voucher number
   
   
4. If your order total is more than the voucher amount then the balance must be payed by either the cheque or bank deposit details on how to do this will appear on your screen after you have been through the checkout.
   
   
5. Your voucher should be posted to us at:

   The voucher must NOT be a photocopy.
   
   
6. We will contact you by email to let you know once we have received your voucher and let you know when your order will be dispatched

• We cannot dispatch your goods until we have received a) the voucher, b) the balance of the order if applicable. Please do not ask us to ship the goods before we have your voucher and proof of identity.
  
• We cannot dispatch your goods to a different name or address other than that on the voucher.
  
• The voucher can only be redeemed for cloth nappies and reasonably associated sundries such as buckets, wipes, laundry mesh, wraps, nappi nippas, liners, trainer pants and swim nappies. Please get in touch if you are unsure whether an item will be covered by the voucher.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively (i.e. after original purchase).
  
• No cash change or store credit can be given to the customer holding the voucher on exchange of the voucher.
