All customers who sign up to an account with Softbots collect 5 fluffy miles for every £1 spent on their shopping with us (excluding any postage costs). You must create an account in order for us to allocate the store credit to spend at our store and your orders must be placed though our online order system using your account log in to be eligible for points.

By collecting as little as 500 fluffy miles you will be able to start redeeming your miles for money off coupons that can be used throughout the store.

Its easy to start collecting, once you have created an account, and you sign in each time you place an order, Fluffy Miles will be automatically calculated on every order you place with us.


Terms and Conditions

Store Credit

• 500 fluffy miles entitles you to a £5.00 voucher to use online
• They will automatically be sent out via email once you reach a balance of 500 fluffy miles
• Coupons are only valid for 30 days after they have been sent out
• Coupons can only be used once and can be used towards part payment of all orders. However, if a purchase is made for less than the coupon value, change will not be given
• Coupons cannot be transferred to another person to use

General Terms

• Miles can only start being collected once your account has been created and cannot be back-dated against any previous guest/ offline orders
• Miles cannot be collected against the cost of any postage you choose
• No cash alternative is available
• Returns/ Refunds will result in a debit to your balance
• You can contact us at anytime to confirm the balance of miles you have
