How to redeem your Nap Nap voucher  

You have two options; 1) Pay the full amount owing via debit/ credit care and receive a refund in the form of a cheque posted with your order for the voucher amount once verified or 2) Choose to pay any balance owing via cheque or bank deposit once your voucher has been verified.

Option 1: Pay the full amount and claim a refund:

1. Choose what you want to order from our website in the normal way and add it to the shopping cart. When ready, proceed to the checkout.
   
   
2. Select the pay by debit/ credit card option.
   
   
3. In the comments box please put the following:
   
   “NapNap Voucher”
   Your voucher code
   Expiry Date
   Voucher value
   
   
4. Upon receipt of your order, We will validate your voucher and allocate it to Softbots. Please note at the point of order, you will be unable to redeem the voucher with any other store.
   
   
5. Upon verification of your voucher, a refund (in the form of a cheque) will be sent out with your order for the voucher amount.
   

Option 2: Pay any balance owing by cheque or bank deposit:

• NapNap vouchers can only be exchanged for nappies, wraps and boosters but not reusable wipes and flushable liners. Basically everything that makes up the nappy. Please get in touch if you are unsure whether an item will be covered by the voucher.
  
  
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively (i.e. after original purchase).
  
  
• No cash change or store credit can be given to the customer holding the voucher on exchange of the voucher.
