Free delivery is available in the UK ONLY by Royal Mail 2nd class, large orders are sent by Parcelforce 48hr. All non UK orders must contact us in the first instance to discuss your requirements and obtain a postage quote.
Please note, we are unable to supply bumGenius or Tots Bots products outside the UK. Please contact us if you are having trouble locating a local supplier.
Most items are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. If items are out of stock a back order will be immediately placed and your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive them. However, we suggest that you allow up to 28 days for receipt of your goods. You will be kept fully informed of the status of your order should it take longer than 3 working days to be dispatched. If you are not happy with a delay we are happy to offer you a full refund.
We always obtain a proof of posting certificate on deliveries with Royal Mail and all courier deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
Please allow up to 15 days for items sent via Royal Mail to arrive, as we cannot initiate a parcel trace before this time
Returns
In the occasional event of a product being faulty or damaged when you receive it you must complete a returns request through the website and make arrangements to return the item to us. When returning items to us we ask that you obtain a 'certificate of posting' (free of charge) from your post office so that you can claim compensation from royal mail should the parcel NOT reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
If a product becomes faulty after use and it has been cared for as instructed on the care label, you must complete a returns request form through our website and make arrangements for the item to be returned to us. The faulty item will always be Quality Controlled by the manufacturer before any decision is made on replacing the item. When returning items to us we ask that you obtain a 'certificate of posting' (free of charge) from your post office so that you can claim compensation from royal mail should the parcel NOT reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
Payments
If you are paying by cheque you will need to allow time for the cheque to get to us and a further 5 working days for it to clear, as we do not dispatch any goods until paid for in full and monies cleared
All payments made by credit and debit card (Visa, MasterCard and Switch) online are transacted through PayPal
All payments made by credit and debit card over the phone are still subject to these same terms and conditions
We do NOT store credit card details anywhere in our system, once your transaction has gone ahead there is no record of your card details.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.
We only request your name, address and email to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your details to ANY third parties.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.
In accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a 'cooling off period' of seven days, starting from when you receive your goods. You may return goods during this period in unused saleable condition for any reason whatsoever for a full refund of their value. We require that you pay return postage to us and we will not refund the initial postage costs to you
