So, how does it work?

Simply place an order online for everything you want and select the 'Put on Lay By' payment option. You will then receive an email from us confirming your order has been received and provide you with our bank account details so that you can arrange for payments to be made.  You may pay as much and as frequently as you like with the minimum payment being £10.

Once you have completed the final payment we will contact you to find out when you would like to take delivery of your order.

At the moment, we can only accept Lay By payments via bank deposit/ cheque payments, we are in the process of setting up the facility to take debit/ credit card payments over the phone, and will let you know when this is available.

Q. What if I change my mind?
A. That is not a problem at all. Simply email us your request with your name and order number and we will arrange for a refund based on any payments already made. Refunds are currently made via cheque. Orders cancelled after goods are despatched, will incur a return fee of £5.00 and return postage costs will not be reimbursed.

Q. Are there any hidden charges for this service?
A. No- what you see is what you get. Your order will not be affected by and price changes after you place your order, so a great opportunity to grab a bargain when they are available.

Q. Do I need to pay a certain amount each month?
A. No- you can pay as much or as little as you want (with the minimum amount being £10)- when you want. However, we recommend working out a monthly payment plan to budget accordingly and set a target date for delivery of your order.

A. Easy - just email or phone and we will be happy to advise you of the balance or help in any other way.
