How to redeem your voucher

Please follow the steps below in order to redeem your voucher:

1. Choose what you want to order from our website in the normal way and add it to the shopping cart.
   
   
2. When you proceed to the checkout choose the payment method labelled: Council Voucher Redemption.
   
   
3. In the comments box please put the following:
   1. “Nappies for London Voucher”
   2. Your voucher number
      
   3. Name of issuing borough
   4. Voucher amount
        
4. If your order total is more than the voucher amount then the balance must be payed by either the cheque or bank deposit. Details on how to do this will appear on your screen after you have been through the checkout.

• We cannot dispatch your goods until we have received a) the voucher, b) proof of identity which can be a copy of a utility bill or driving licence and c) the balance of the order if applicable. Please do not ask us to ship the goods before we have your voucher and proof of identity.
  
• We cannot dispatch your goods to a different name or address other than that on the voucher.
  
• The voucher can only be redeemed for cloth nappies and reasonably associated sundries such as wraps, nappi nippas and liners etc. Please get in touch if you are unsure whether an item will be covered by the voucher.
  
• As the voucher is intended for babies under 18 months, please note training pants fall outside of this scheme.
  
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively (i.e. after original purchase).
  
• No cash change or store credit can be given to the customer holding the voucher on exchange of the voucher.
